to 1: the e13 solution is 218g, for a spider, a chainring and the polycarbonate bashguard. you need to deduct the spider and chainring, which makes this protection also sub 100g to 2: thats with a heavy flash38, coil shock, heavy pedals, 220s front/back/ dh tires, insert in the rear. you know as well that people already posted way lighter builds. your wild has only the tiny battery. —> bending the truth as you always do

Not sure how far you have to go back but I have talked about it. I’ve just put in a claim for my 4th M1 motor… to see if I can get one of the quieter ones. 😅 M2s is quiet as is Bosch G5… we’ve seen more Bosch warranties through our shop than Avinox in this last year.

ffs, the same shit you are pulling over at emtbforums. the few extra watts of drag with the m1 were never ever in a region that would be noticable in range. stop spreading your nonsense. and your nonsense about a chain ring protection system adding a pound:

Take what up with Avinox? It was you that said the M1 wad inefficient. I just said from someone who actually has and uses one that it us not. The fact that the M2s is better is irrelevant… i mean why would they release a new version if it wasn’t better

If you read your own AI slop you’ll see that Bosch has Heart Rate Monitoring AND it has an Auto mode however nothing indicates any integration between the two. Auto mode does NOT monitor your heart rate in order to deliver power and stay in a targeted HR zone.

So far all the criticism of Avinox in this thread has been from people that haven’t spent any time on bikes equipped with it. I’ve drafted numerous responses as someone who owns, rides and sells Avinox. But its just not worth it, the cognitive dissonance in here is ridiculous. Some people are just committed to hating it. We have just sold our last Fazua (thankfully) and sell a good of Bosch (it is still our shop preference) too. They are doing things completely legitimately. But they’d be doing a lot better if they didn’t have such a crazy high buy...

Bosch does not have heart rate controlled assist yet. You can integrate and see your heart rate but having the assist automatically adjust to your heart rate in real time is still exclusive to Avinox. If you’re using an ebike as a training tool, that is undeniably very enticing.

They have sold so many, 30,000 in 2025 supposedly. If they were as bad as the second and third generation Levo we would’ve heard by now. People love to complain about stuff breaking.

The M2S is a little bit better than a Bosch on virtually every aspect: weight, size, noise, efficiency, software, overall package (screen, controllers, lights), price of the bikes. But much more importantly, just look at the bikes, take any Bosch bike like the commencal, crestline, orbea, then compare their Avinox equivalent, they are just so much better looking. On top of that, a lot of brands have released sub-5k ebikes with the M2, some are even carbon. There is also the fact that they are releasing things much much faster than the other brands. This is coming from a happy...

Currently there is a material difference in traction control due to the number of magnets in the wheel sensor. Avinox also leads with 3rd party integration such as heart rate controlled assist and the whole system is cleaner in general with wireless remotes and a really solid touch screen display.

suns chose the bosch and now needs to talk down the avinox, in every forum he is he has never ridden one and all his talk is based on infos gathered from other riders. he tends to cling to wrong informations even when corrected several times before.

That is the manufacturer playing a little fast and loose since currently in most states the class structure are more suggested than regulated.. Nowhere in any class 3 description is a throttle mentioned.

in the US: Class 2: HAS throttle, up to 20mph (32kph) Class 3: NO throttle, up to 28mph (45kph) The generic bike path hot rods are just doing their own class.

I think you’re almost spot on but I’d bet they didn’t give a number for peak power on purpose—Trek has cargo commuter e-bikes and specialized just released a cargo e-mountain bike. They’d be shooting themselves in the PR foot to commit to anything specific now
