I wonder if rogue racing is not continuing with him. Considering the success of the other riders, Thibault and his “rumors” may very well be a hinderance in getting sponsors. And rogue can probably get more points than thibault by hiring a up and coming or mid pack veteran female elite. Which seems unlikely if he is on the team. My guess this is his “hey I’m still available” post before msa. But It doesn’t seem like he’s changed his position of being totally innocent of any wrongdoing. dude, they gave andi kolb a 4 year contract which didn’t even last 10 months!! it’s his first year on YT. and since we now know that YT wasn’t flush with cash for at least the last 2-3 years (thx to some forum members here). it‘s really shady to kinda trick him into signing when they‘ve been standing on weak legs financially for years!

Showing up to a federal land agency meeting with heat maps printed discussing decommission was an eye opening experience. It’s a great tool for them to identify and remove any trail that was a significant amount of time to build. Your 2 minutes of enjoyment likely was 100 hours of work or more. And it just put a bullseye on the trail when you published your ride. You can remove sharing heat maps on your settings, not make rides public and hide your maps. Or just not strava those trails.

Race Face Send out a complete if you break one of their complete wheels. I've been running RF for awhile which is arc30's, turbine and the new ERA's. they've been great.

My significant other just broke a reserve rim. They sent out a replacement rim and paid the bike shop labor for relacing it so not a whole new wheel. Total time from warranty submission to done was a week.

This isn’t YT’s first time pulling the plug on a race team and not giving any notice. Ask Gwin about that. And according to the team manager in the video, they found out the same day the press release went out to Pinkbike, Vital etc. They all stated they aren’t getting paid anymore and are funding themselves for the final races. I can see why some of them choose not to represent YT on their jerseys.

Just watched the video, apparently team manager Gunnar is paying a lot of things out of his pocket despite absolutely not having to, now that is dedication and what a legend of a man. But in the end he also says all of the riders contracts have been/will be terminated so they are/will be free agents

I agree, it looks like it’s full 27.5. It seems like an odd business decision though, other brands seem to be trying to cut down on number of models. Currently Transition has the Sentinel (can be long shocked to 160), the Patrol (160 or 170 depending on shock), and the Spire (160 or 170 depending on shock). Adding a 4th bike in the 160-180mm range is an odd choice. The Patrol is great in a Dual Crown Freeride setup. Maybe they’re gonna combine the Patrol and the Spire into one bike. They’re both due for update, and that would cut...
