5/25/2025 3:31pm The 8200 brakes [2-piston] are already up for sale on AliExpress. Having the reach adjust inside the lever instead of out front is interesting. I don't see a bite point adjust, but the picture isn't great. Hopefully they're reverse-compatible with current offerings.

5/13/2025 10:25am What even is the deal with evil bikes these days? I saw some talk of them going tits up but they seem to have not, but it’s been pretty radio silent from them regarding anything new for a while now…

4/20/2025 6:41pm My $8000 bike I bought a year ago with a clutch derailleur still sounds like garbage so I think they still need to work on it.

4/20/2025 6:40pm Not really a tech rumour but a tech wish: since we’ve somewhat stabilized on geo development and are looking at new ways to innovate, can companies put more effort into silencing bikes? It’s kind of embarrassing that a $10k bike sounds like a shopping cart.

4/18/2025 7:23pm I'm on a lot of B2B and B2C mailing lists, and e-mails about price increases and other tariff-related items are rolling in. The latest is Wahoo, who will be adding tariff surcharges to every product at retail and wholesale. They vary, but the surcharge on their latest product, the Trackr Radar, is $50 – effectively a 25% increase ($199 retail as of right now). Seems like a few brands aren't increasing advertised price, just tacking these surcharges on at checkout. Curious how that pans out. For example, I know I love it when I go to book a hotel for...

4/15/2025 8:08am As someone who frequently lurks in this thread, I would love to see more moderation of the off-topic replies. I know threads are frequently spun off this one (like tires), but some of the frequent posters in the last month have never contributed to the topic at hand, other than to share their opinions and anecdotes. LAME!

4/4/2025 5:35pm Fork lowers look very similar to Ohlins to me, especially the dual pinch bolt setup and overall design.
