7/30/2024 7:04pm A Propain employee was on Pinkbike saying they read the comments on their bike reviews and they got it wrong with headset cable routing as everyone didn't want it. So kudos to them for listening.

7/29/2024 10:54am Would love the black spacer rings and adjuster as an option from sprindex. The red and grey just kinda looks ass on a lot of shocks.

7/26/2024 8:08am Why is there so much backlash against frame manufactures like Santa Cruz and Specialized going electronic drivetrain only but no one is questioning what is driving that decision? With GX level AXS and transmission, and the new OEM level transmission SRAM has all but said we aren't doing mechanical shifting anymore. I have no idea what Shimano's plans are with the new Di2 replacement but my guess is that it's going to cover a wide range of performance levels to compete with SRAM, possibly even cannibalizing all their mechanical shifting options. That leaves you with CUES, which by all accounts...

7/22/2024 8:17pm gonna catch some downvotes for this but man Santa was already making the most boring bikes for "rad dads" out there in either various shades of vomit or colorways trying too hard to appeal to the cool kids (watermelon nomad lol), going wireless only is making them even less appealing to me. yeah free bearings etc and the build quality is good from what I've seen, but they lost all their coolness factor at the latest when Roskopp left, now it's just a lifeless husk for PON to milk the bikers who want to overcompensate by means of the name...

7/22/2024 8:16pm if really wireles only they will lose a lot customers… most people i know only buy frames and are re-use their existing highend parts on a new bike.

7/17/2024 6:31pm sets $6k aside for both I'll so gladly trade NX for Deore (*edit), +1 to the Status launch being way more exciting than the stumpy. Accessible 26" parts will be perfect for my Sunday rebuild too. Go big S!

7/9/2024 2:52pm Local dealer said new Status is next, 2 models a 140mm and a 170mm. The 170mm is going to be dual crown compatible. Apparently, will be out in about 3 weeks. Pretty sure both will allow mechanical shifting too 😉

7/3/2024 3:39pm For the sake of not derailling the thread any more I am not gonna continue to argue about this. It's a good bike with oddball design choices on release. Let's leave it at that.

6/26/2024 7:22am so they stick to the crappy lever assembly carbotecture master ugly af master with a very big 12mm piston, huge 19x4mm pistons at the caliper with a very weirdly located bleeding nipple wise choice od the removable cable tho, could never get them just for how ugly and big these things are.

6/25/2024 3:28pm Knollys recent sizing is just not it. Putting someone 5’6” on a bike with a 480 reach is just insane. They are either hoping to turn people off the sport or are just incredibly insecure and trying to prove something.
