I thought it was very brave of Ebruner to be vulnerable and share how many bikes he and his wife have. It can be tough to come clean. We’re all active or recovering bikes addicts here, and this is supposed to be a supportive community for recovery. Looks like a Ryde Edge series rim. Weird they put a photo with a mangled nipple front n center: I realize that's a bit obsessive, but as a wheel builder this matters.

Also odd that they don't show what the internal rim width is or even a basic cross section of the rim? They look wide, but what's the internal width which will affect your tires shape when inflated. How wide is the shoulder the bead sits on? is it wide or something narrow that will burp easily? They also look kinda shallow, I've never had much luck with shallow rims lasting, in my riding experience the shallow rims are the ones I kill the most easily. Can't say they are filling me with trust/confidence without basic info like that.

I think Vali Höll should star on Team RockShox United by RedBull Leogang Alliance. Different frame every week, the same as whomever’s in 2nd place. Continue roasting. That’d be sick. She could do it.

I suspect we'll see more of the one frame Enduro/ DH bike moving forward. Orbea proved the concept can work, and it spreads the development cost over a larger amount of bikes. It's better for the manufacturers. Riders like the concept of being able to swap out the fork and shock for the once or twice a year park day, even if most riders never do it. It's the same as flip chips, most riders find the setting they like and stay there. I'd bet a good bit of riders never change the flip chip from the out of the...

I have 2 major questions. Why would Knolly abandon the layout they're known for, that works well for them? Why would someone put Knolly branding on their custom painted Santa Cruz?

Actual Knolly prototype, or just Knolly stickers on a Santa Cruz/Crestline/similar? Would be quite surprised to see Knolly make such a drastic move away from their existing suspension platform, design language, materials, etc.

Does this mean we’ll have to see Kolb in sexy speedsuits next year, too? Or are they only doing that with Jackson?
