6/9/2026 7:51am You would have to assume there will be something to differentiate this from to normal Levo 4. Perhaps it's a fixed battery version with a slim down tube?

6/5/2026 12:35am Yea and so what are they propelling with a light movement? The whole bike? No that’s not how it works. They probably aren’t flicking the back end since short CSs put more weight on the rear. Having more weight on the rear means the front will feel lighter and more responsive.

6/4/2026 9:51am Personally I can see both sides of this. I think flip chips and other sorts of an adjustment are great in that they add further options in terms of democratizing bikes. They can in theory allow two different people seeking different things to ride the same bike, or for a bike to be used for multiple disciplines (trail vs bike park or that kind of thing). Adjusting the reach or wheel size could also allow people of different dimensions to both feel comfortable on the same bike. All of this said, I feel like the flip chips and other adjustments...

6/4/2026 9:51am Torrent is clean. Bottle rocket is adjustable freeride. Quake is a capable race geo. (Iirc) Different bikes for different folks . I freeride and park my race bikes - and xc ride my enduro bike. But the world does seem to want FUN 27.5 park bikes and the racers do seem to want FAST DH WEAPONS. Why can’t we have both? The marketing isn’t even for us. There are literally armies of 15 year old boys AND GIRLS! Getting really into modern freeride, just riding down shit and off shit and being park rats in jnco jeans where I live...

6/4/2026 8:02am I’m just trying to decode the people saying that making chainstays longer makes a bike less flickable.

6/4/2026 12:10am I came back to check in and let everybody know that I figured out what flickable means. I am pretty sure that it means something like the feeling of standing on the rear pegs of a BMX bike and feeling the whole front end sort of flick around the pivot point of the rear wheel. Of course, on a mountain...

6/3/2026 11:54pm Seems like taller folks COG wouldn’t get pulled forward of the BB if stack increased proportionally with reach per frame size.

5/31/2026 7:37pm Think I triumphed over AI with some simple word searches, but the clock's ticking on that victory. https://www.etsy.com/listing/1749364241/magnetic-ski-bike-car-mount-hea… Also, one of the images in this listing needs to be seen. Should we start a separate thread solely to discuss everything that's going on? And absolutely not hating on this thing. I love that they're people out there building up weird things like this.
