6/9/2026 9:28am It’s SPD compatible but they market it as Proprietary. Probably a similar deal to the OneUp SPDs from last year

1 day ago a tip for shimano derailleur peeps out there. I think I have tried every grease in existence for that clutch including the Shimano specific stuff. the only grease that does NOT stick-slip is motorex and park tool high performance grease. (motorex bike grease/ fett 2000 / long term grease 2000) all the same. just get a couple shots in while...

6/9/2026 9:20am Alternatively, Madrone describes how to remove slop from the B-bolt assembly with new o-rings/washers. You don't need to buy their kit, they list the specs in this page and you can source them locally: https://madronecycles.com/collections/sram-upgrade-rebuild-products/pro… Side note: 11sp X01, XX1 (and I think X1 as well) have the "Configuration A" B-bolt mentioned in the Madrone page.

5/15/2026 9:56am I am most interested in the long term durability since they now use bushings instead of their so well performing cup and cone bearings

5/11/2026 11:11am about to order two Rallons.... 🤪 wife & I couldn't be more excited. other than that the brand never really stuck out to me much . but the innovation is un-avoidable delicious from my perspective

4/6/2026 10:51am probably aesthetic reasons. I've had the same bike going on 4 years, between a 24' Float X2, 24' DHX2, and 26' Float X2, and Intend Hover; the fox shocks felt the most dramatically different. while the intend felt most like a fox coil shock. so yeah.... whatever works best @carlinojoevideo

4/6/2026 10:47am I run which ever works best. In my opinion I do not think there’s one brand with the best fork and shock on the market. Different brands that make the best shock and best fork.

4/6/2026 10:40am i messed with mine a few times at big bear. i was just curious to see any difference when purging air from altitude. fork felt exactly the same, only thing i noticed was top-out went away. Flash 35 is already a little finnicky with top out (depends on your riding style) congrats on the fork! you'll never regret it, my...
