Stoked Rachel has decided to race. I thought ACC had 40 wins in WCDH, which Rachel equalled on Saturday. I know she's won one more overall than ACC, but 5 World Champs compared to ACC's 9 in DH.

Everything I can gather is 55 UCI world cup wins for ACC. Not sure that is ever gonna be touched. Similar to Mcgrath Supercross wins.

@lucacometti Nice to see another manual coffee fan here! I'm using the exact same grinder (1zpresso JX Pro) and press (Flair Pro 2), but a different foamer (Subminimal Nanofoamer V2). If you're wondering, the Nanofoamer can make just as good microfoam as the steam wand-equiped machine I had before it died. You can make any kind of foam and it's perfect for latte art. No more sad morning ruined because of that haha! I actually enjoy the manual process, and it's way less noisy when others are sleeping in the morning. It's just a bit annoying when you have many...

Wow, thanks Luca! Great to see you and other students of mine making a living riding, racing, producing content and coaching. I'm still coaching and running my courses.
