AM/ Enduro bikes (as in non-electric) will not really be a thing in 3-5 years. I'm certain I'll get downvoted for this, heck I would have downvoted this 2 years ago, but in a world where a mid-power e-bike and a full Enduro bike has their weights converge, the bike just becomes redundant. I pedaled my Enduro bikes for a lot of years but at this point it just seems silly to exert so much energy and ride time into the climbing portions of the ride.

Agreed. Frameworks will be a really interesting case next year as they are 100% a "race brand" and don't have much, if any, marketing otherwise. They are also poised to have the DH frames on the top step of some WC podiums next year, and the not-even-for-sale-yet enduro frame is the current US National Enduro Champion. I think marketers in the bike industry are lazy or bad. To sell a product you need first to bring brand awareness but you also need to prove your value proposition. Influencers do a good job of bringing eyeballs to a product and it's easily quantifiable which makes the marketer's job easier but do they prove the value of the product.. for the most part, no they don't. We are all assuming a lot here and it will take some time to find out what really is going on, if there really were chemistry issues with the younger stars and what not.
