Added reply in a thread Race Promotor's Guide to Running an Awesome Race... 8/12/2022 8:36 AM

Cost has killed my motivation to race at all these days. 200+ for the CNES events. Not including 3 days of lift tickets for a 2 day race and 1 day practice. EWS in Whistler was like 300, again not including lift tickets. I just don't have the motivation ... more »

The company that run the timing infrastructure at World Cups is Chronorace. Hired by UCI and RBTV since 2014/15 to provide accurate timing with 20 + splits on track, something Tissot apparently said they couldn't do.

The biggest difference between Red Bull and Discovery is that Red Bull didn't need to make money on broadcasting. Like their athlete sponsorships and events, Red Bull TV was a marketing exercise to promote drink sales. Advertising, in and of itself, is...more

I think you pretty much just proved Jeff's point... I know for me race recap's a few days past the race are pretty much useless. Esepcially when the next event is starting. Guaranteed ill be looking at fresh DH coverage ASAP this week and not the old ... more »

Top junior males looking rapid, Goldstone and Williams would've qualified 4th and 6th in elites.
