I've had this when the chain comes off the lower pulley of the derailleur. Could be worth checking. Sometimes hard to notice visually, and oftentimes back pedalling is both the culprit and the fix. Other things to check are pedal spindles, or try a diff ... more »

Try it and let us know? I have Code R's and without the pad adjust i find as the pads wear the throw is pretty terrible. Like you, I've tried over filling, but that is frustrating if you wanna change pads on the road and don't have a bleed kit. I end ... more »

I've had friends do this back in the day with brand new aluminum bikes. Be aware it might kill the resale value of your bike, but generally thats a pretty strong area of the frame. The linkage parts i dunno about. Having said all that, i would personally ... more »

According to his IG he still riding for Devinci but not the Devinci/Unior trade team. Bummer cos he was really getting up there and looking confident. Hopefully he can still get to most of the world cups and get some privateer funding.

I hope he doesn't move on, but shit he's gotta be up there with the best results out of pretty much everyone all year. And if you count how much coverage he gets, I would say he has the greatest reach out of nearly any racer. Gotta make that money when ... more »

I started when i was between 28-30 I think. Very late. Had maybe 5 years of snowboarding experience at that time. I live in Whistler so rode a lot of bike park and technical trail riding from the start. I was always very timid (and probably am more so ... more »

I'd be interested to know the actual impact of the manuals. Im hoping they are printed on recycled paper and then further recycled. Kind of seems like not much impact if those things are followed (I agree though, mine always go straight in the trash) ... more »

On another note, after some instagram snooping, it appears the frenchies are now the loosest crew on the tour, far surpassing the Vanzacs. They sure look like they win the afterparty as well as the race these days.
