How’s the range been after the latest update? I really like what RM did with that one. My first eMTB was a YT Decoy it was decent at the time but just too heavy for me (around 23 kg). I ended up selling it and moving to a Shuttle SL, which felt like a whole different level compared to the Decoy. I know some people aren’t big fans of the Fazua system, but I always liked how natural it felt. My only real complaint was the range, so I’m curious what kind of numbers you’re getting with the Instinct now...

My responses are out of concern for a rider who spent what I consider to be a large amount of money with my company, and not being happy with the results. That's not acceptable to me. It doesn't matter where the customer bought our product; I only ask as it helps with context. In the case of my first post, the rider was trying someone else's fork, so there's no more than I could offer. The "weeping" from the windows of the crown is not very common, and mostly traced to customers who pressure wash their bikes. They stopped pressure washing, and we stopped seeing a problem. As for this specific fork, it could be residue from assembly, or it could be other factors. In each case, it's a temporary factor that, if cleaned, goes away. This is something we didn't experience in testing over the years, but it is something that we have seen in a handful of customer forks. We were able to recreate it here in our test lab via several experiments...

Sure would be cool if tire companies did a run of tires like the racers are on (example- the super duper softs that the Conti peeps are racing on)! Dunlop released the Factory Spec tires in the moto world which has been awesome. Id buy some some of these proper race spec tires in a heartbeat

It would be cool to have a comparison between some other inverted forks like Intend Edge, Push 9.1 or even a Dorado. The Edge is a whopping 570g lighter than this fork!

From a stiffness standpoint 20mm is the way to go. I tested a 2024(38mm) Boxxer that was converted to 15mm axle and it was a major difference in twisting feel when the weight was loaded. Upside down fork the 20mm will prob be a big jump in the right direction.

haha you are right and I am sorry, I didn't mean to derail the thread so much.
