It's based on budgets. Those budgets are a financial blueprint for company activities and, due to a slow down in sales right now, the budgets are not adding up. This means they are getting re-balanced, and companies are looking for ways to cut expenditures to make the math add up. Budgets set during the covid boom may not have reflected...
once again, look at all the high-number plates with a good quali today. 6th place has a 43 plate 9th has a 62 plate. 17th has 67 plate 19th has 72 plate 23rd has 84 plate and so-on if bulk of those riders aren't on the circuit b/c of a tighter format...#snooze

DubC Liked a comment about Feature TESTED - 2023 Orbea Rise Long Term Review

Myself and 4 friends bought either the carbon or the alloy version of the Rise within the past 1.5-2 years. Not one person is still riding them. All of us are 40-something, good riders, technically capable with full home workshops and some with past bike industry experience. -Woefully inadequate spec for an ebike - fox 34, 2 piston brakes w/180mm rotors, light weight trail bike tires. All need to get replaced immediately with parts appropriate for an ebike - keep this in mind when you consider what the actual weight of the bike will end up being, because there goes...

sspomer Liked a comment about Feature WINNING BIKE - Martin Maes' GT Force 69er

3 reasons. 1. because 97.5 is a radio station. B. "reverse mullet" is breaking our community apart and we need to come together. III. beavis and butthead would laugh at 69er. if we need to go to court over it, our lawyers said that the "6" could come from "650b" and we'd probably have the case thrown out.

Sacki Liked a comment about Press Release Introducing the World's Lightest 80mm Dropper - BikeYoke Divine SL

I am sorry, but FRM Obi1 seatpost is not even available on FRM´s own website. Maybe you can tell me, why? Where can you buy it, or where can you find information about it, besides the old articles? Also the FRM weight is for 60mm drop and 27.2 diameter. DIVINE SL is 30.9 an 80mm drop. Quite a bit of a difference.

Geometry: even today's inexpensive bikes have better geometry than the bikes of 2010 or earlier Kinematics: same goes for kinematics. We've learned quite a bit in the last 10 years. Suspension: Low end suspension today was the high end suspension of yesterday. Take the guts of Motion Control. That was in the high end forks 10+ years ago and now...
