Absolutely gutted for Matt Walker and the Madison Saracen guys in their last race

There are a few reasons why we haven't done crowns. 1. To be honest unless you go really wild with offset, it's an adjustment you get used to and no longer feel. I've gone back and forth between 50 mm offsets on my trail bikes to match my DH bike and then 44 mm offset on my DH bike to match my trail bike and found it takes less than a day to get accustomed to the change. Seriously, the transparent marketing just hurts. SC makes nice bikes, VPP is nice, long link four bars are nice, but the cognitive dissonance in marketing messages is fatiguing.

"We know our e-bike customers don't care or even know what VPP is so here's a bike that says SANTA CRUZ on it." (Am I too cynical?)

You guys kicked off the steep seat tube angles with that bike. Remember putting a 36 on one of those?

No this looks like a full power Bosch Gen 5 bike as per Norco's post on IG, but it is still strange as they just released a Sight/Range VLT...maybe they're moving away from 60lbs carbon eMTBs ? Another angle of the new SC, I believe you can see a pivot, but still not fully clear.

The downside for me personally has to do with spending that much time away from my family. My comment wasn’t meant to suggest anything negative about Taiwan itself. I place a high value on getting to be at home with my family every night. Taiwan is awesome and I'd consider going there a perk. The food is amazing, the people are wonderful and the riding is way better than you might think.
