Unlikely, the front triangle looks to be production and I'd bet they're using the lugs from the proto with just longer tubes or something similar. So the pivot points and link lengths likely stay the same. The travel overall probably increases, both vertically and horizontally.

Surely not... Force everyone with 203 mm rotors to replace their mount adaptors when they replace their rotors (or switch to a different brand)? And everyone who doesn't know about the change then has problems with their brakes? That would be a disaster. Edited for clarity

Im just being an annoying ME now but porous ceramics are a thing except they are sintered from larger diameter media, under much less heat and pressure, and make great filtration devices. Porous media has not only gas but at most times liquid permeability of which ceramic pistons that we are discussing do not. These are most likely manufactured via hot press method that results in a non-porous but poor surface finish alumina or yttria ceramic oxide that's commonly called zirconia. Pal had a couple pairs of old XT brakes that were well, well, WELL overdue for some loving. Swapped out the caliper pistons to the Exnavi phenolic units I've used in the past with great results. I didn't read everything, but I can 100 % assure you that aluminium enters the chat when it comes to dirty fluid. QED, I've bled a lot of Code R and RSC brakes. The difference is that RSC is anodized, which includes the insides of the lever body and the caliper, which means a smooth, hard coated master cylinder bore resistant to wear. Unfortunately I'm an idiot, so I'll answer your question even if it is sarcastic. I found a known value that's easy to measure, the rear brake rotor. I set it to 203mm (as mentioned in a bike check from my memory) 16.2cm = 6.377 inch, rounded up however the app used rounds things and also not a perfect angle. Closest match for phone size would be a Iphone 16/17 pro max at 16.3 cm or a google pixel 9/10 at 6.3 inches. I'm going to go with the iphone 16/17 pro max. I should touch grass. TRP DHR evo lever / Maven Base update. I set these up with maxima mineral oil and Shimano BH90 hose, and just a simple Shimano style bleed cup bleed after pushing oil through the lines. I also did a comprehensive piston massage procedure. I did one shuttle day on the setup, and impressions are that this combination is quite good. I very much doubt it has anything to do with the mineral oil choice. I have a set of MT5s (with SLX levers) on my wife's bike that is filled with Shimano mineral oil since 2023. And I just checked the callipers - no leaks.

Thank you both for the reassurance. I've got a custom blend of stock sram fluid and shimano fluid in mine, for performance reasons and definately not because I haven't bothered to do a full bleed...

I'm using same setup just with SLX levers for almost a year. Works like a charm. On another bike I have DB8 callipers and Formula Cura levers, same story. In both cases the system is filled with Maxima fluid.

I aired it up to 190 and back in business!

Yeah they made a couple of updates to the bladder (made it thicker) and the resi cap (latest ones are black) which made a massive improvement to reliability. Also the base valving was crazy stiff so the internal pressures would cause the rebound aduster o-ring to extrude out of the body after a while. If you make that shim stack much lighter you can prevent that happening too
