Definitely not refined enough to even consider charging people. It’s like Freecaster days with better visual images but how much is down to much better technology.

They really need to do something with the graphics too. Hard to read and riders were often shown with green timing even though they were behind. Also, I can't help but wonder if Cedric is being paid by the word.

Ok that coverage was very ordinary. Patchy sound, results list showing the elite women in junior mens, swapping from one rider to another mid run. Listening to Rick was as exciting as watching paint dry and Cedric was like a poverty Claudio. 4/10

This is such a bad idea. The point of wheel flop is that it adds stability. Rake, offset, and HTA allow a bike to "ghost ride" and this stupid system counteracts that.

thanks @BGoldstone ! clarification communicated based on that rule book page is that timed training is not "nuked" (sorry, my mistake), but there's the option to not have timed training or mandatory training two days ahead of the final. with that amendment, a world cup DH could technically be turned into a two-day event (training only mandatory the day before the final according to book...the "two days before mandatory" rule now crossed out). sounds like there is no timed training at lenzerheide which was a surprise to racers/teams because it was on the preliminary schedule. not sure what future races...
