I think it pedals great with the lever flipped, I only flip it for smooth fire roads or pavement though. It still bleeds enough to settle into sag, feels like it barely moves with out of the saddle efforts. But I haven't ridden a hardtail in many years.....

Love your build! How does it pedal with 320lb lock on super deluxe shock? I hesitate between deluxe and super deluxe bacause of that lock force difference (320 Vs. 380)
