11/24/2022 4:01pm Not to belittle you, but that can barely even be considered news at this point. There have been like five people in this very thread "confirming" Jack moving on to YT.

FullSend Added a comment about press release We Are One Composites Introduces the All-New Convergence Rims
11/24/2022 3:55pm Compared to a DT Swiss FR 541 this is: 6 times as expensive, barely any lighter and definitley not any more durable. I honestly don't see any reason to buy one of these.

11/23/2022 5:53am A goldie off Pinkbike by user chakaping regarding 6-bar and not-so-6-bar suspensions: "Well a single-pivot 4-bar is known as a "faux bar", so can we call this design a "sex bar"?" Just a bit of a throwback

11/22/2022 11:04am Hi! The off-season is a great time to improve your fitness and prepare for the next season. Well-planned strength training will improve your strength and stamina while riding. Each of us associates burning in the legs and pain in the hands from holding the bike during a long descent. The good news is that it can be improved with training! In the training programs that I design for my riders, I use many methods that not only improve overall fitness, but above all help to ride better and faster. On my website I publish a lot of free tips on...

11/19/2022 9:18pm A Cautionary Story from Experience As we grow we learn(hopefully)from our mistakes. So on a Saturday evening in March of 1976 I was racing MX and wrecked landing wrong and compression fractured a vertebrae. Along these lines my father when I was 9 or 10 took me to a Judo studio and told the instructor to teach me how to fall & after being thrown thru the air a few hundred times I had gotten the hang of falling down it’s a very good thing you can do for some one you care about it helps in all facets of...

11/16/2022 2:40pm Phil is running his own program with support from Propain and a few others. Mind you it's only Propain Factory Racing who paused for 2023. Propain didn't just stop sponsoring riders altogether and Phil wasn't on the factory team. Very unlikely that Phil is the new Pivot rider. That being said, if I had a bike brand and a racing...

11/16/2022 10:47am cyclingtips layoff chaos followed by loads of canceled subs (according to comments). sucks for those who got the axe as that community seemed to really value what they did. https://forum.cyclingtips.com/t/laid-off-caley-fretz-dave-rome-matt-de-… "Today Caley Fretz, Dave Rome, Matt de Neef and Daniel Benson (Editor-in-Chief of VN) were let go. Plus lots of other staff (including Steve Brawley who has been with CT for years in sales) and others throughout the company. 12% in total. What a clusterfcuk OutsideInc is. Robin Thurston has gotten his head over his skis and singlehandedly fcuked up dozens of good media publications in just 2 years. Goodbye...

11/15/2022 8:04am If any here want to see what the Honda RN01s first gearbox iteration was, check European Patent Application EP 1 366 978 A1, it's date of filing was 20-03-2003. It was described as 'Continuously Variable Transmission For Bicycles'. And that, it certainly was / could be. It was an incredible thing, using 4 (?) link arms and multiple pivot / center points, the repositioning of those creating various 'strokes' of said links, and arcs, thence into rotation. Why do it on a bicycle? Well, for real world testing of a (relatively) high torque load at what are very low revs...

11/11/2022 8:42am Since this supposed to be an EWS race bike first and foremost, I'd like to see it tested against its closest EWS rivals. Group test with the Yeti SB160, Canyon Strive, Orbea Rallon and RM Altitude, please make it happen!
