Yes. And make the thread show up in Large Font. And so that eeeebers don't have to lift a finger to type, create a bunch of boxes to check replies about eeeeebs such as: O "You shuttled one time so don't you dare tell me I can't ride my eeeeb where it is illegal." O "I'm so so sorry you can't afford an eeeeb like this on my instagram page. O "Earn your turns is stupid, look at my KOM" O "eeeeebs are the future, you cavemen are dwelling on Redwood Forest Singletrack" O "It's not a motorcycle, it's a...

I suspect this discussion and many other digressions here are mostly due to rhe lack of exciting new really ... Since I don't plan to own one anytime soon and consider a new trail bike and DH bike, anyone has some info about the new GT Sensor and Fury ? The pictures showed frames that look pretty close to final product and yet zero release or info.

This thread is for tech rumors and news. How you feel about your ebike is neither. Feel free to have that conversation anywhere else.

Can you take the eeb discussion to the "I'm a lazy shit, but exactly how much of a lazy shit?" thread?

With rumours of Norco coming out with three bike redesigns, sight, optic, aurum, maybe they put more money into development and carbon molds and put less financial resources into racing.

Many people don't care about how a bike rides, the only thing that matters is what it looks like and, more importantly, which brandname is plastered over the downtube.

I'm beginning to think that, at 190 cm (6'3") and 525 mm reach I'm more or less there. I need to try out a shorter reach bike to confirm. Like mentioned, the problem is in the twisties. And coming back from more or less half a year off the bike it was a pain to ride as I was spooked and cautious, hanging off the rear of the bike. Building back the confidence I have moved into the proper position again, but the bike just doesn't work hanging off the back.

With my recent bikes I've gradually gone up from 470mm and I'm currently at 510mm (Norco Optic, XL). I'm 6'2" and have pretty regular proportions. So far I haven't actually found any drawbacks to riding a longer bike. I wouldn't want to miss out on the added high-speed stability. I'm willing to try 520-530mm Reach for my next bike. I'll...

Unpopular opinion: I hate the fact that Ibis sold out and makes an e-bike now, but the design is actually not all that bad. Looks rather decent. Has a certain coherence to its lines, which is absent from almost all other e-bikes.

RE Norco shutting down their factory racing program: They've always had a more "grassroots" approach. I can see them focusing on smaller-scale (Canandian) Privateer support in the future. I just wish their bikes wouldn't be so ridiculously expensive. Let's wait and see if them dropping all racing efforts will affect prices in a way that's benefitial to the customers.

Might aswell buy aluminium wheels at that point with those weights And please don't talk about lifetime warranty, a good dtswiss rim is around 70 bucks, Even if you manage to wreck 5 rims in few years which is unlikely you are still on a better position in terms of pricing
