if its anything like the Alloy Alpine series the shock doesnt line up when mounted. My frame got warrantied twice(Alpine XR) for poor hole drill alignment for the rocker into the frame.(one side was offset lol) The shop got sick of it and checked all their store stock and they all had it, sent all the stock back to supplier. - they then replaced my Frame with anther Brand frame free of charge if i didnt want a refund(i took the other frame)

Greatest British mountain biker probably. Though peaty is def in the same conversation. Both have had an immeasurable impact on the sport. but my fav Brit will always be akrigg.

Very true. But I was mostly commenting on my change in perception in the brands over the last 5 years.

I don't normally think of Nukeproof when I think of Freeride. Good to see more brands get into it though.

Hey, thought I’d clear up the fair question you asked here! I’m not into racing enduro anymore or heavily focusing on being competitive and haven’t been for a couple years now. I’ve been racing since I was 11 years old and I got tired of it. I’m enjoying competing now and then In different events but focusing on travelling to cool locations and filming & riding with new people and friends and sharing my experiences and working alongside my sponsors. Change has been good and I’ve found my feet doing this. Cheers Lew

Honestly though, does this guy want to be a racer, influencer, what is his goal? I feel like he wanted to race and had some decent results then just dropped out of all competition for like two years.

Akrigg's videos have always been more incredible to me than McCaskill & other trials technique riders. When you see him ripping trials moves at damn near race speed on trails you'd be riding every day...it just hits home more for me. To watch him is to see your trail ride differently. I think he's just not been as mainstream as Danny or Fabio because he's not part of Red Bull Media House.

Christian Textor is also on a Renthal stem and Maxxis tires which could be another hint that he will really be Moirs new team mate (on YT)
