I am just going to say this... Fuck that guy. I wouldn't buy anything from him again. He is doing some cool shit and thats why I bought from him in the first place but until he starts to fulfill orders hes a scammer and people need to stop giving him attention.

some avinox curiousity. canyon just launched their first bike with it (and 3 more by jan 19). pre-order only with "shipping on jan 19, expected delivery in february." i checked the amflow site and noticed their PX doesn't ship until mid december. when we did our reviews, shipping dates were early october IIRC. now they're december. canyon isn't until january. is anyone aware if recent batches of amflows have been shipped? if bikes haven't gone out, why do we think there are so many delays? i'm not trying to be conspiratorial, but are manufacturing/shipping costs not worth it right now...

I'm surprised it took this long, the move never made sense to me since they were just selling santa cruzs in different colors with maybe a different build kit. The whole idea of bringing women's bikes back never made sense either, bikes are bikes and don't need to be gendered in some way. If Santa cruz just invested in their own image they would have been way ahead.

Just strava stuff, but it really depends on where and what you're riding. I like the maxxis new dh casings myself. they roll fast, have a nice supported feeling, but still have a bit of that radial compliance feeling on the initial bit of a hit. They've been fastest on the dh bike and e-bike. No way I'd pedal those on the enduro bike ! The schwalbes are faster at going slow, if that makes sense. Marshals can also call it in. I marshaled and sector managed in Lake Placid and in one of the qualifiers I had to call in a privateer rider who missed, similar to Asa's Loudenvielle mishap. They missed a pole, pushed back up, but reentered the track a pole lower than where they exited. I didn't feel too bad, because they were not in position to qualify anyway, and there were no points for qualis. Thanks for the recommendations guys. I decided to see what these Radials are all about. I’m getting a magic Mary front in ultra soft and a tacky chan in soft for the rear, both in the gravity casing. My buddy that I’m visiting in Golden told me he recently demo’d the new Yeti LT which had radials, he told me he was blown away by how good the tires were on his local trails. He almost sounded more impressed by the tires than the bike.

Actually, the latest round of retail bikes were the Genio versions from Taiwan which is also what the whole team started out racing with this year. During one of the breaks, Asa rode one of Neko’s bonded prototypes and liked it so much he raced it for the last few WCs.

i wouldn't book non-refundable vacations based on this, but it's been said that whistler is finals and the weekend (that did not have a venue name listed to confirm) on the calendar was oct 1-3. the rest of the calendar looked pretty "normal" with a blank box or two not having venue names. have heard no south korea (extra spicy rumor is that the SK venue hasn't paid racers their prize money yet among other $). again, no confirmation to any of this, but sources seemed solid.
