Personally don’t think SRAM’s current cable actuated group sets really need an update. Would much rather have them invest in reducing prices for it than a 1 percent increase in shift quality.

Observed this lever going to the new “code” caliper on a bike belonging to a Sram tech. Bleed port clearly states mineral oil

Nobody seems to care about all the IG posts of RaceFace carbon and sram xo carbon cranks failing. What customer support did those riders get? 5dev offered proper customer support. Of course the guy complained about the failure as most would but the offering from 5dev was more than adequate

They DID offer Cam a refund or warranty replacement (to the DH/Freeride spec) though! Cam is one of those customers that is impossible to please. And made it worse by publicising the entire thing as he went along. 5Dev are right to get rid of him and focus on sorting out their other customers. 5Dev should have handled it better but I believe in this particular instance Cam would've behaved like a self-entitled child anyway.
