I actually didn't hate the Judging much this year, I thought line choice and amplitude got a lot more points this year compared to others, hence Brendan scoring well, and the top 5 were the guys doing the biggest, fastest stuff. The slope guys that did big spins on smaller stuff all scored lower than they used to. Zink's lines were pretty sizable and that flip was way more huck and pray vs slope. I think if Alba hadn't stopped before the finish and tossed his helmet that first run he'd have been top 5.

That is not even remotely true. look at 2010 sram and 2023 sram. They have drastically changed the status quo regarding drivetrains first by 1x and then setting the benchmark for electric components. Among other things.

Agree, more people still have issues with Richy Rude and Jared Graves failing a drug test in 2018 than BK who is currently hooking up with a 19 year old staff member who was under age when he first became her boss.

In this day and age sponsors sure seem to stay away from this type of behavior from a team manager....interesting how it seems to have just dropped away from the mtb discussion pages.
