My 2 cents. I don't care how many pieces it is, if the whole get up is skin tight lets not split hairs, its a skinsuit. Nuke it and bring back the Palmer days, its not a good look or a representation of mountain biking.

https://www.marzocchi.com/products/super-z?variant=40997171331174 The new Super Z is up on Marzocchi's website. I'm personally bummed that there is no coil version. The Z1 coil is one of the best forks I've ever ridden.

Throw in some Burgtec "Kash Bronze" components and you're golden.

Good to see we can throw another shade of gold in the fork/dropper/X2 kashima colour gamut. Never seen the holy trinity match.

Insightful interview... Interesting to see Fox lean into improved damping control vs. air spring improvements. Seems like they're taking a page from EXT/Ohlins in managing suspension control through proper damping. Was thinking about swapping my Fox 36 for a RXF 36, but I may just try giving the new damper a try first.

I am honestly surprised the dampers fit existing forks. That has not been the way with fox as of late. i have a Raaw Madonna frame on its way to me currently and needed a fork for it. I knew fox and RS both have new dampers on the way and I actually went ZEB for this exact reason. Assuming i wouldn’t be able to swap a new damper in the 38, and would be able to on the zeb. Oh well. We’ll see how the new RS damper is soon enough.

If I got paid to run them and/or was given them for free I’d stifle my voice. Certainly won’t be purchasing them to use, buy i’m tempted to buy them and put them in the stash for when they become collectible

I forgot about ye old Ocean Weasel. I guess I didn't realize how much that still factored into launch timing.

With all the sales going on (Specialized Status frame + shock for $750, for instance), I've been worried that bikes are getting too affordable. When I show up at the Corner Canyon trailhead to ride IMBA blues with the lads, I need my long travel enduro bike to be more expensive than the other mid-level engineers and managers. I hope this ochain uses electronics and accelerometers to "know" when you're pedaling or not, so it can lock out the spider while pedaling and allow the float only during coasting.

This is definitely wild speculation but fox does have part numbers for the rhythm 38. Previous rhythm products were a little heavier and used some different materials. The most significant difference was a thicker tube wall for the stations. I have a z1 bomber and have ridden it back to back with 36 and I think there is definitely a...

The 2025 Fox GripX2 got wiped but I’m surprised it didn’t make a bigger splash. My bet is that the GripX2 will be more heavily damped and the GripX which is positioned as all mountain/trail will be a lighter damping tune. Really hoping they bring back a longer travel 36 fork.

Schwalbe clearly trying to compete with Maxxis on shear volume of SKUs. Didn't they just release Tacky Chan last year as "the fastest front race tire"?
