4/22/2023 9:28am Looks like a photoshop job to me. The linkages don't make sense at all. That's a Fox fender on a RS fork. The really slack seat angle looks like it was from 1-2 generations back.

4/14/2023 8:36pm I'm sure the new Forbidden flipped Horst-link (or whatever it is) functions better, but it definitely takes a hit aesthetically.

3/14/2023 10:34pm I'm seeing a lot of DH bikes popping up again, with Yeti, Revel, and many others throwing their hats in the ring. DH coverage aside, does anyone else feel like Pandemic riders who discovered bike parks and are sick of smashing their trail bikes to pieces are starting a new DH bike boom?

3/14/2023 6:34pm Specs are suspiciously similar to Redlines "like-water" oil, which coincidentally is what Fox also uses for the Transfer seatpost! Damper fade due to viscosity change isn't as big of a deal in MTB shocks, the actual temps they reach isn't that high. Bear in mind an aluminium bodied shock at 45 *C will feel RAGING hot to the hand! The change in pressure of the air spring is far more noticeable, and usually what riders are feeling instead of damping loss

3/11/2023 6:31am don‘t think i‘ve ever seen a 24 up front, are they even made?! no offense, but maybe you should try an e-bike? could be the right solution for you.

3/10/2023 10:47pm Regarding the cassettes, I took the who needs a 52t as including everything above 50t vs older 11spd cassettes (considering ebikes were mentioned). The jump is stupid (haven't really tried it, but you can see that from a mile away), but it was the cheapest way to "oneup" Shimano by keeping the steel rings the same as they were. The new cassette confirms this as it's all new and doesn't have a big jump. As for who needs it... I wouldn't mind a 54t, then I could run a 32t chainring instead of the 30t and could theoretically run a...

3/8/2023 3:58pm Not that anyone cares... I have gx axs and I'm on my 3rd derailleur (first two were warrantied for clutch failures). I originally had it on my enduro bike because that's the bike I put all the fancy stuff on... but I also travel with it in a bike bag often and liked the ability to remove it from the frame easily and not having to wrap it in a pool noodle to protect the rear triangle. I digress... I have since removed it from my enduro bike and moved it over to my ebike and if given the choice...

3/8/2023 3:57pm I think it's just the skinny tubes of the frame that makes it look bigger than 35mm. But I could be wrong.

3/8/2023 3:57pm Just finished the John Hall podcast (3+ hours goes by fast!). He confirmed the production Intense DH bike will be aluminum. Potentially more aluminum Intense frames in the future?

3/2/2023 9:17pm Wouldn't it be amazing if we got the best of both worlds? The precise, quick shifting of the AXS if you want, as well as the option of using a cable. One product for everyone.

3/2/2023 5:02pm I think that's a Zipp decal we can partially see on the rim in this pic—maybe a new lightweight XC oriented wheel? Of course, with those thin stays and no visible chainslap protection, this is probably a gravel rig, so maybe a Zipp sticker doesn't hint at anything new at all.

2/25/2023 8:27am I believe it’s for a motion instruments data acquisition system. That’s how you mount their slider sensor to your fork. The sensor isn’t attached in the photo but you can see the other attachment point zip tied to the lower leg of the fork.

2/25/2023 8:23am Another rumor is that Trek has a new Supercaliber coming as well. It would be hilarious if they ditched the current layout (which is a complete nightmare for suspension service), and left it for Speshy.

2/22/2023 10:28pm Man I have missed so much! • Yes Paul Aston is a complete knob, probably the largest knob in MTB currently. • Love to see transition back in the game w ith a sick roster. • Miranda Miller riding for and or "a" Santa Cruz this year
