If they watched too much Paul Aston they would have given it 500mm chainstays as well instead of the 430ish that it has now. I used to like the guy but insisting that every single brand (except maybe Banshee?) has wrong bike geometry turned me a bit off from his channel. sorry for the OT

it's rumored to last 4 weeks vs. the usual 2.

Each to their own I guess, but IMO these SRAM levers just get more and more ugly...

That AXS shift doesn’t look slick at all….. also looks like a old Shimano SPD…. i guess it must do more? why change the design from the first generation AXS shifter.

Nice view of the new AXS controller - seems like there's much more articulation for adjustment which should be nice

Courtney's bike probably has a prototype shock too, but I guess we'll never know. Those bastards at scott!

I'm already looking forward to the price bump caused by AXS on every bike, happy times ahead!

From what I heard someone high up at Sram is heavily invested in autodesk, that's how their little prototype partnership came to be. (By heavily invested I mean a stock owning board member)

I think we knew this already. What remains to be seen is whether it’s anything more than a race day shock like the previous one was.

A winning setup doesn't last forever...I made the choice that I thought would bring me success for many years to come. Canyon has a bigger commitment to racing and winning and I've always felt I wanted a little extra help to go even faster. I recorded a podcast with Downtime last week so that should be out soon and explain some more.

Yeah thats the new crank, they look super burly in person. I don't think they are too light, I may or may not have held a set, but didn't put them on a scale. I'm super surprised by that caliper though. They look sick, I'm extremely curious to see if they are switching to mineral oil.

I haven’t even thought of that. I didn’t really pay attention to see if there was a “DOT 5.1” label. It wouldn’t surprise me too much if that’s a coming change.

From what I have seen the new code calipers are not going to be in this new launch. They will probably come in a year or so. I can’t say for sure but the new code ultimates and rsc’s I’ve seen had the old calipers with just new levers.

Supposedly the new drivetrain is getting released around March so I'd expect them to be part of that...

There is possibly a 4 bolt spider available but I have seen the cranks and the main interface at the spindle is the Same as the 8 bolt road. I must have had it wrong on the names, oops. They look sick though!
