F1 (and other highly aero dependent motorsports cars) are not a great example of suspension kinematics that will directly apply. This is especially true in the current ground effect aero era of F1 as a lot of the performance aspects of the car are in order to maintain a floor/diffusor distance to the pavement. That is so incredibly impactful of the performance of the current cars within the rule set, that it becomes the primary thing you optimize for, over and above mechanical grip. This is the best meme I have seen on this site since I joined. Currently have 10 bikes and 3 project frames in the house that I'll get to at some point in the next 15 years of which 9 are mountain bikes, and two of the ones that aren't are technically mountain bikes.

5 bikes between wife and I, and yes I agree with every word this guy says. All my rear wheels are 148 boost axles, makes it easy when.... 1. One needs to be trued/serviced 2. Rim cracks at the bikepark 3. Biking trips I just bring an extra ready to go rear wheel I will also likely never own anything superboost, and if I get a DH bike I'll find one that's on 148 (frameworks/forbidden etc.)

Well the bad news is that I don't know what to tell you, and the good news is that I have nothing to prove, nor nothing to gain for convincing you. I have a lot of mountain bikes and so does my wife, 6 between us. Everyone of our bikes has sram brakes with metallic pads, 200mm hs2 rotors and the same sram drivetrains and sram dt350 hubs on every wheelset save one. There are two extra floater wheelsets between all of the bikes. I think it may actually be more important for me to be on the right tires...

They didn't dimension the other lip... it could be 6.5 mm wide. But not making dumb machine shop assumptions, it's approximately 36.5 mm wide on account of that 3.5 mm dimension actually being at a slight angle. I took the profile and traced it on my computer really quick. Going off the 30 mm dimension being correct, all the other dimensions are quite close to their callout. That's some next level rounding or just straight up making it up.

Well that math doesn't instill much confidence. 37mm must round up to 40mm...
