Just a thought with changes in race team structure from WB, if the top Elite team are limiting their numbers due to costs and WB limiting general access, many of the Elite team don't have female representation. So, this will limit the fields of Women in the sport. I'm not saying that team should be forced to add female riders, but without that, it may in a roundabout way decimate the female classes, just when it's been growing so well, and the racing is the best it has been for a long while. Watching Norco go from publicly announcing they were shutting down their race team to then signing Greg and now potentially adding 3 more riders has been quite the roller coaster but I'm here for it.
