Now that is cool. RC servos are pretty quick for their intended applications. This is a way better idea than wireless brakes.

I understood (italian is pretty good but technical stuff goes over my head) the goal is to optimize suspension performance for every phase of cornering- opening compression under braking, back to neutral/baseline while rider is neither braking nor pedaling, then stiffening compression when the crankset is under forward load to maximize forward drive. I.e. theoretically providing gains on both corner entry and exit. Proper active suspension system.

Continuous damping adjustment within an existing suspension system based on braking inputs is interesting, but it isn't active suspension. Active suspension controls ride height using positional actuators and does away with springs and dampers entirely.

There’s a DH being released in about a month. When it’s released the full range of build kits won’t be available until spring of 27’ because of certain drivetrain and brake components.
And I bet that downhill bike will be the Norco team! Should good timing to release that with the World Cup just happening and hardline right...

In Pompom’s bike check on pink bike it was initially mentioned that her frame has 220mm of travel and that they can run the fork with either 200 or 220mm of travel (saying she chose 200 for Val di sole). It has since been updated and only mention that the frame has 220mm travel. I wonder if it was a mistake from pinkbike or if they were asked to remove this info…
