still waiting for our first enduro or dh 32!!

Your prayers have been answered - Alutech Pelmo with that they seem to call "super mullet" - 32" up front, and a 27.5" in the rear (I THINK)

Not 100% sure what maxxis tire it runs up front, but I believe it is the new dissector gen 2

That is indeed the Dissector v2. So far the 32" options from Maxxis appear to be Aspen and Dissector.

If you check alutechs instagram, their is a video where he is showing the bike, and he had a 29” rear wheel for it too. But I think using a 27.5 rear wheel really makes a bigger visual difference for the show and all the pics.

Surprised no one dropped 300mm rotors yet for the 32” wheels. 😏

70t cassette too, to shift all that extra weight.

I can't remember if it's been mentioned, but sounds like the Forbidden e-Dreadnought will be aluminum and they're also working on a short travel bike.

Will there be a carbon version of the e-dread?

Just go 28 or 26 in the front.

I think the chainstay would be the limiting factor on this particular bike.

Preach.

The original ö is ubiquitous. Now it's just random "transportation startup" chevrons. No-one will know what this is in isolation.

Is it better with a 3D animation? 😁

Öhlins have changed their logo, from the signature and legendary Ö, to a new logo. Lacks all character and prestige that the old logo spent years to achieve.

Square hole-ins.  We don't just carry a heritage, we drop it, kick it, trim off the edges, cut a square hole in it and proudly hold it up sideways.

I guess this is what happens when a company that hasn't done much marketing over the years starts doing some..  Let me guess, they hired a marketing person and they are pulling a Cracker Barrel deal..

I’m pretty sure Ohlins main aftermarket customers are Harley owners.  As long as the remote reservoir remains gold, all the other guys at the country club will still think you’re cool.

So… just info I’ve heard on the Yeti special project DH. Only one size has been developed so far. All racers on one are on same frame. Still undecided if it will ever see production but it’s still a possibility. Whole project was built around Rude(which I think most know)

It’ll be interesting to see what is to come.

Nice finally seeing that the demo is nearer to production ready! Always hope Yeti will release. Norco too.

Norco should be in production soon.

I can't remember for sure.. Are the special project frames done in house at Yeti? I don't know why, but I thought I recall reading that somewhere..

Isn’t 30.9 the most common?

You might be thinking of 31.6. But then, Specialized, Norco, and I'm sure other brands use 34.9. Seatposts are one of the last areas of MTB standards that's just a total mess with no rhyme or reason for it. What really is the weight difference between a 30.9 and a 31.6 seat post lol we're talking .7 of mm difference.
