So Jesse will be riding for team espresso next year? Something tells me he's always ridden for team espresso...
Jesse to be sanctioned by UCI for abnormally high caffeine levels mid season.....
Bernard Kerr just built up a new DJ rig, riding a blacked out fork (looks marzocchi) and no longer tagging Fox Suspension.. possible change inbound? (I know Marzocchi is fox but he has always ran a 36 on his DJ rigs)
Fox no longer make the 36 831 DJ fork.
Pivot not running Fox suspension would be a BIG and a WEIRD thing.
Bernard posted a pic of his DH rig on IG, tagging Fox, just 6 days ago.
I'd be shocked to see Pivot deviate from Fox
Fox for racing, Marzocchi for fun stuff is pretty much how it's gone.
Some more juicy rumours in the intro of the new episode of the pod with Vali & Thibaut https://pod.co/making-up-the-numbers/vali-hll-thibaut-daprela or search "Making Up The Numbers" on Spotify / any podcast app.
If anyone can remember where the Wyn Masters to replace Rob Warner rumour was from please can you let me know, I genuinely can't remember!
dirty booger in this topic, August 8th. But it looks more like a claim/wish than a rumour.
Cheers @Primoz. I knew I'd seen it somewhere, maybe not as legit as I'd hoped though!
I see someone mention it on the WynTv Snowshoe trackwalk as well
Confirmed: "Super happy to start my Cx season on Tuesday in Belgium following by the European championship on Saturday.
To be honest, it’s just a starting point of my preparation to chase the rainbow at beginning of February (yes, #dreambig I know 😅)."

I was on an uplift today and a couple of F1 teams were riding a demo bike.
Jordan "Williams" to Specialized then
I should work for CSI Miami
YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
To be fair it wasn't really Times crossword level cryptic, but it was the best I could do.
My mate had a quick chat and he seems to be a happy lad.
I'm more impressed my hungover brain figured it out, running on Forest Gump level of IQ right now.
Listened to it yesterday while scoping lines for a new DH trail. Interesting stuff indeed.
If Sam Hill is heading back into downhill next year are Nukeproof gonna sign Ronan Dunne to the factory team since he repped the bike so we'll at the World Cup and Hardline?
Nobody spoke about the fact that commencal 100% is not existing anymore next year ? And the full team has to find a new spot ?
Mille with no team yet.
I was also wondering about this.
Hopefully Suarez finds himself a good deal/team, he's earned it.
Back to the YT factory team or a new Martin Whiteley team?
Suarez will go to Commencal Factory team, based on latest episode from making up the numbers. It looks like Hugo and Thomas have some deal and Mille still waiting for something…
Cube factory racing hiring a (further?) mechanic:
New team member incoming?
No sure. The team is packed already with better riders. Why taking someone like Suarez which is potentially costly and doesn’t speak French ? 🤔
Frixtalon and Estaque are rumored in the episode to be joining the Iniguez program which would mean they stay on Commencal but will switch to Commencal Vee.
Millie Johnset to FMD? Aren't her and Kaos an item and she seems to get on well with the rest of the team
I wonder how much longer Kaos will be on the world cup circuit because if his dad wasn't team manager he definitely wouldn't have an elite ride.
I doubt Tahnee will ever reach her previous highs again after her absence .
Kaos is only 23 and there is a lot more to look forward to from him. I also don't think a world cup team would not want him on as he is a very stylish rider and has more instagram followers than Vali Hoell.
Tahnee, meanwhile, is only 27. I'd like to think there's plenty more competitive racing coming from her. I definitely see her winning quite a few more world cups.
Since 2019 he has had four finals finishes of 47th ,63rd and placed 49th twice.
With his skills and talent he is valuable to a bike company and sponsors but he is not an elite Level world cup racer and his results prove that.
Tahnee has spoken in the past about her confidence issues and said she lacked desire a few times as well . Now she has taken an entire season off because of the effects of a concussion which she will be anxious about exacerbating every time she crashes.
Coming back to a really strong women's field I see her struggling to get back on the top step
Just my opinion , I don't think FMD will be on the scene for too much longer.
Looking at their IG feeds, not sure that relationship is still on - compared to her days at Atherton where she almost seemed to post more pics featuring FMD sponsors than her own, Millie's feed now seems wholly focused on her sponsors, racing or advocacy stuff where her sponsors are well repped, and there is no visbility of KS to be seen at all.
I expected this season to be more of a break through season for her but she seems to be settling into a solid top ten rider rather than consistent podium challenger and other than providing a womans Nordic representation (not sure how important that market is for MTB sponsors), given how shallow the full factory sponsorship pool is within womens DH, I wonder whether she will have a full factory ride next year.
