I thought you would know seen as she has signed to be Vali's team mate
Disappointed that the (almost) last standing Outside website scooped "us".
Henrique Avancini has sold so many bikes for Cannondale, that he must have moved on of his own volition. Results don't sell necessarily bikes in Brasil, personality does (also cars and futbols) Red Bull did an in-depth media dive with him EVERY race. 90% of MTB fans probably think he was up front racing for the lead. Always a smart move to go out front and promote your brand, when you know you probably won't be in the camera shot at the end, (right, Haas F1?)
I wonder if that means Louise-Anna does not get a factory ride then or if they're going to have 2 podium-threat women?
Sorry maybe I missed something but I don't think Louise-Anna is a podium threat, yet. Though, I would say that it would be a great thing for her to have an experienced and proven athlete in Vero Widmann !! Would be great to have both tackling the WC circuit together !

Louise won Rotorua… by a pretty big margin. 21 secs in horrible conditions. she’s had plenty of wins in the past, so no doubt she knows how to pop a cork of a champagne bottle.

Yeah- I should've mentioned that. Would have been wild if a factory Honda team was back. Isn't Minnaar in the rumor mill? And Whiteley rumored to be running a team? Perfect setup for a Honda Factory resurgence.

For what it's worth, I seem to recall one or some of the honda team early on riding unbranded turner dhr frames in a one of the Earthed. But I have a poor memory so could be mistaken. Seems very unlikely that honda would make a dh bike again. Would be awesome tho.

If you listen to the Martin Whitely downtime podcast you'll know what the reasons back then were and why it won't happen again. I won't spoil anything because it's a great podcast.
sven and anka martin organized the turner / honda team for a couple years. nothing to do w/ factory honda or motorsports

My bet: Jesse is staying with Rocky. Yes its the "most boring" scenario for us nerds, hence the fake posts are him giving us some fodder. Such a nice guy.

This is my hope; not just because Jesse and Rocky go together the chocolate and peanut butter but also because the whole team has such a great vibe and I'd be very sad if that were gone.

There was also a Honda Iron Horse team at the same time as the Honda G-cross team.

Also set up by Sven and Anka. the Honda sponsorship came from a guy we used to ride with who worked for Honda America in Torrance, can't remember his name. The lineage of the team was: mcdonald/intense->McDonalds/iron horse->Honda/Iron Horse->Honda/Turner. Duncan Riffle and Neethling both spent time on the team, IIRC

Nukeproof just posted a happy birthday status for Ronan Dunne, "wildest man of the World Cup circuit" and showed BF Goodrich logo in the snap from Hardline. Does it signal the end for the Continental partnership and a full factory team next year with Sam Hill and Ronan Dunne
Rumour round up…
Jack Moir to YT (Also trying to employ a filmer for MoiMoi TV)
Veronika Widmann and Louise-Anne Ferguson to Nukeproof factory
Andi Kolb...

Jack Moir to YT (Also trying to employ a filmer for MoiMoi TV)
Veronika Widmann and Louise-Anne Ferguson to Nukeproof factory
Andi Kolb to Scott
Jesse Melamed to Canyon or Specialized or Starbucks
Jamie Edmondson to ?
Gracey Hemstreet to YT or Trek
New male rider to Pivot
Martin Whitely to Ghost
Meier Smith brothers to Giant
Ronan Dunne to Atherton (Poss Monster sponsorship?)
Jordan Williams to Specialized
Anymore I’ve missed???
I’m going to bet that Moir is going to pivot not YT. Might be a million miles wrong but it’s silly season so F-it.

BF Goodrich was one of the sponsors of hardline. They had BFG logos everywhere on the track and in the broadcast.

Veronika widmann on a "bombproof" deal
Source, please? Thanks!
She was in ireland to try the new bike

Looks to be a Scott bike sadly.

I think you try to see more in that one than there is (local sponsorship VS global factory ride).

I stand corrected. thanks.
While I have you here I'll tell an extra corny joke: "I stand corrected" said the man wearing orthopedic shoes.
lol #dadjokes

Whether or not it's likely, that's what I'd like to see. I feel like he'd fit in really well with that crew.
Dunne testing with an SDU and Boxxer on the bike, no more Fox.
