He does, but he also talks a lot of shit, and is famously a massive nit-picker at race venues and complains a lot. So what goes around comes around really. People in scene aren't vindictive, but you can only tolerate a whinging pom so much, ya know? Still waiting for the Hardline BC announcement to come, wonder when that will be and what teams will be going

I thought it was very brave of Ebruner to be vulnerable and share how many bikes he and his wife have. It can be tough to come clean. Weāre all active or recovering bikes addicts here, and this is supposed to be a supportive community for recovery. With the current VPP system, they canāt get the anti-squat to where they want it, based on the V10 project. The shock canāt be moved forward enough b/c the motor gets in the way. If you look at the current Bronson/Hightower, that is why the shock is mounted further in the frame. They are moving the VPP towards Horst link numbers anyway, so I donāt see too many downsides of the Vala/Bullit moving to a Horst.

Ready for each and every down vote. Where the hell did the ābladeā thing come from. The thing your finger touches is a lever. Normally on a bicycle a first class lever. It is connected to a master cylinder. When we had cantilever brakes I donāt remember anyone calling them ābladesā. No other industry calls what is used as the interface where the human interacts with the braking system a blade. Iām sure Iām āOld man yelling at cloudsā Come at me bro

I know MTB tire sidewalls are confusing with so many different compound and casing acronyms, but I canāt think of a bike company with more alien nomenclature to me than Hope. Whatās the difference between a Hope Tech 4 V4 and a Hope Tech EVO GR? Is one for bigger bikes and ones for smaller bikes? Is one lighter or more expensive or otherwise presented as the āpremiumā version? Are they parallel product lines or did one replace the other? I couldnāt even venture a guess. Iām guessing they both have 4 pistons, but thatās the best I can do...
