After running Trickstuff Maximas for nearly 4 seasons, I decided to not carry them over and sell them off with my complete bike. I'm totally sold on clik. I've tried most, presta are fine, Fillmore brilliant... But what sells it for me is using a Topeak e-booster (or similar rechargeable thing). Click on, pump, accurate gauge, click off, ride... Because it physically opens the valve rather than being a one way valve that's closed by the pressure in the tyre, and it means gauge reading is live and accurate. I think Fillmore and Click are trying to solve two different problems. If someone could figure out how to combine the two, that would be pretty sweet. Click is primarily about the ease of getting the pump head on and off. It's better than screwing on one or flipping up a lever, it just is. Belt driven CVT is not the same thing as E-CVT. E-CVT uses planetary gears, no belt. No ebike company would design a belt driven CVT. It doesn’t make sense for a PEV. They will all be E-CVT.

My impression has been that most posters in this thread agree that GB with chain or belt have a justifiable place in gravity bikes. Fred, are you just running a 2x crank in front and droppin down manually when needed for those long grinds the puttin the chain back up onto the larger ring for the descents? Some guys around here (SW Colorado, lots of long steep high altitude grinds in the high country) used to do that too. No front derailleur. Just the double ring. I have two pumps that are presta and schrader compatible (Topeak Joe Blow and some mini pump I can't remember the brand), the style with soft rubber that just adjuste to the valve, I can just push them onto a Clik valve and they work fine. I only use the adaptor when using a compressor, because I'm a cheapass who still hasnt bought a proper pump head
