I would think Lisa Bouladou, Lais Bonnaure, and - especially - Sacha Earnest would all be more likely. Maybe in years to come Aimi will develop, but I really don't see her having the type of athleticism that helps a DH rider progress.

This. 100%. I was just chatting about the issue with adjusting trim on a single cog and how it impacts the entire range. It's really stupid they did it that way instead of allowing individual trim adjustments to be mapped to those individual cogs.

With no limit screws, B tension adjustment and a very narrow window of micro adjustment it simply can not work on every frame/hub combo that exists. Picture this - the year is 2006 and you’re trying to find dirt magazine in your local WHSmith. Peaty, Hill and Minnaar are fighting for the overall and your only coverage is a monthly update that probably includes 2/3 rounds. The story is told by Steve Jones and photography by Sven Martin. You watch all the racing on earthed at the end of the season. Absolute quality over quantity. Why can’t I still have this?

A 36 lbs e bike is probably equivalent to a 29 lbs trail bike. Light tires, lots of carbon, not durable. a 36 lbs trail bike is hopefully cheap and durable

Met Robin Williams in my local bike shop while building up my first official DH bike, a yellow/red Intense Uzzi DH. He was wowed & asked about it.
