Thanks! Me too. We will be lining up some tests once we get this next version finished. We found some minor bugs and are fixing them now. Mostly in weight and belt alignment

I’ll work on the video this week. The bike I brought back from Sea Otter lost its rear shock reducer hardware and the fork cable guide. Once I have those I can film it

Yes, a lower percentage means less force acting on the rear shock, but if you take the weight transfer during braking into account, which is the most significant and important part of mountain bike kinematics, a number closer to 100% actually maintains the suspension feel and geometry so that you retain traction on the rear tire and a planted feel on the bike instead of transferring everything onto the front wheel. The only time having lower anti-rise is beneficial is when you are braking on flat or uphill rough terrain. Hence the reason for keeping the anti-rise on "active" bikes...

"fully active" means different things to different people right now... the two extremes of anti rise are too low and too high. Too low is around 60% and below (depends on assumed COG height so it varies) where the suspension effectively extends relative to the frame under braking. great for traction as the rear wheel is grabbing for traction when u brake, but sometimes it can feel like the rear end is rising too much and feels like its going to throw you over the bars = not ideal. Too high is 130%+ where the rear suspension squats under braking...

You guys nailed the suspension kinematics on this bike!! Show us a video of it working! Also, huge ups for going the gearbox route, we need more of that.

TBD Bikes 3D Printer DJ Pretty epic dirt jumper from TBD Bikes , created by 17-year-old Dylan Banera. Currently going to school to become a machinist with the plan to get an engineering degree afterward, Dylan has been 3D printing since he was 10. This is the second generation of his prototype dirt jumper, appropriately called the ‘Neck Twister.’ Highlights 3D printed aluminum frame with generatively designed lugs, internally latticed tubes, bonded with aero-grade epoxy Can run a chain or Gates carbon belt drive. Belt tension is still under refinement. Frame weight ~12 lb

Be More Bikes prototype Bronson was showing off the fifth iteration of his prototype bike. It’s a wild bike designed to test the limits of geometry and amplify the benefits of their RR stem (made famous by Reece Wilson). You can find plenty of details about the goals behind the stem and bike on Instagram , but here are some details of the bike: Steel frame 500mm chain stay 445mm frame reach Reach to bar is ~350mm 100mm stem rise / -15mm stem reach Stem + bar back sweep puts handlebars ~40-50mm behind steering axis Custom drop crowns to accommodate...

Crankbrothers was doing some wheel-related math, and had rumors that Bruni is racing flats at select World Cups this year.

I'm just glad the suspension stays fully active while it's breaking, good work on that. Anything else that's breaking or just the suspension?
