1/28/2025 2:57pm New aluminum dh/freeride bike from Chromag? From Max Grayston in his latest IG post. Looks like it has a pretty similar rocker and same rear dropout as the Lowdown. https://www.instagram.com/p/DFNkX6CpPg5/?utm_source=ig_web_button_share…

1/27/2025 12:44pm 77designz just released their new bar after parting ways with WeAreOne. Looks like they are using the same principle as before with a thinner 33mm bar and a thicker 35mm stem clamping area. Instead of a alloy sleeve it is just thicker layup. Their previous bar was 258g and this new one is 220g. Also much cheaper at 163.85 € compared to 279.95 € before https://www.77designz.com/barlerina

1/23/2025 12:50pm There are many current and recently ex-employees from Rocky, and almost all of them had no bearing on the current financial outcome of the company.

1/23/2025 1:31am Thank you for posting this. Too many people are using a racing rumors thread to talk crap on Kerr. It's also pretty sexist and BS that people are talking crap on Jenna when she works incredibly hard at her craft and has the speed. Can we move on from this please?

1/19/2025 10:37am Have heard through a couple of shop owners/industry members that the 2026 Fox lineup will be very, very good. Not exactly sure in which way(s) it's outstanding but I would consider their opinions to be in good faith

1/15/2025 11:36pm Can someone make an optional high pivot bike with a straight seat tube? These seem to have worse insertion than even the new spicy.

12/31/2024 12:50pm Live that guy. He has very few problems with designing a prototype and testing it. His main holdup is the added complexity of getting a sellable batch made. It's why he's stuck with small CNC machining. Also saw his Psalm 150 on display at the EXT tent at sea otter. It's a little bit of aluminum art.

12/26/2024 3:02pm Oh not everyone needs to drive an hour to ride...just that due to the size of this place driving an hour is the norm for lots of stuff. I roll out my garage and it's 5 minutes of riding urbran paths and I am at base of Fromme. Or 15 minutes gets me to the western side of Seymour. Having two of the three North Shore mountains a small pedal away is pretty sweet and I can't really fathom where I'd think of moving to that has it any better.

12/26/2024 2:52pm Lots of nice comments about Rockys; I certainly appreciate it. I have faith that something will transpire over the next few months and Rocky will emerge on the other side a better company. The brand is very strong and there are many passionate but also smart people that want to see it carry on. In the meantime I'll be skiing and biking for the remainder of the winter.

12/26/2024 2:50pm I ride a Rocky Mountain e-bike and it has done two things to me: 1. bring my joy for riding back 2. make me buy another Rocky Mountain, a Slayer, which I also love Regarding point number one, it is my far the best e-bike I have ever ridden and it isn't about the fact that it has that extra torque, but how the power is delivered, how balanced it feels, how the motor is integrated in the frame, how you benefit from that weight that is positioned lower, how well the suspension works, how good the geometry feels etc...
