5/1/2026 8:45am Not saying I am on his side (although I dont think he has the entire falut in this) but if you go to his insta he actually rips on the ht bike. He's for example won Poland DH race series on it. If you watch his Yongpyong POVs (I think they're in stories) he doesn't seem THAT slow for a ht coinsidering its a bumpy wc track. I do agree maybe UCI shouldnt let ht bikes race but I'm reading pretty bad accusations and insults for the guy and I think he shouldnt be having that much hate for it...

2/8/2026 10:09pm that's a qualification rule where you are racing for a spot in finals. seeding you are in the finals as long as you break the beam and it isn't clear what the rule is for seeding in regards to a cancelled final. It's a different intensity for the riders when they know they are in.

2/4/2026 1:51pm hardline is a UCI sanctioned race so the same rules apply. With so few racers they have more time to spend together than a WC.

12/16/2025 6:58pm Sounds like you're on the right path, but I would try and make the strider as fun as possible for as long as possible, even after they learn to pedal. We did things like mazes in chalk on the driveway or making up games in a parking lot ( safely of course) which helped keep it fun and build confidence...

11/5/2025 2:06pm Jackson to Visma? Crazy how different the bikes are (outside of being dh vs road). Wout is SO much taller than Jackson, but his bike looks absolutely tiny.

9/26/2025 3:18pm That's true, however times have changed and teams need to have riders make enough points to keep them in the top 15.

9/16/2025 1:52am @ron_goldstone, congratulations for raising an upstanding young man who is behaving in a manner that I find very impressive for someone his age and with the amount of attention and pressure he lives with. Jackson is a fantastic ambassador for the sport and true professional. He is also incredibly fast and his racecraft is phenomenal. His POV track previews are my favorite. The future of DH is bright with the latest generation to step onto the podium. This season ain't over yet! So far it has been fantastic to see so many contenders for the win. The field is stacked...

9/10/2025 9:02am Everyone will have individual preferences for the athletes they are drawn to as fans. But I also think it’s comical that there is so much discussion about who to root for/against. How lucky are we as a sport that our two titans at the moment are Bruni and Jackson. Both seem like incredibly rad humans who are humble and genuine. Hell, nearly everyone in our sport seems awesome (I can only think of one egregious potential bad apple and a second sour one). Have a personal favorite, but acknowledge they are all pretty damn awesome.

9/10/2025 3:09am Loic’s dad is 10x masters champ. You don’t think he has been grooming Loic since a kid? I take it as Jackson had a passion early on and his parents supported it. I find it odd that this forum is about how riders celebrate after the win. I want to see hype, emotion and psych after they cross the line. Everyone who finishes a run at this level deserves to celebrate regardless of how they end up. Henri was showing disbelief and respect, but Jordan wasn’t even able to fake the golf clap right next to him.
