SHORTS BOUNTY UPDATE #2 Alright, after sifting through rule books and spending more time than I thought was possible to figure out if you can wear shorts at a World Cup, here is what I've found: the UCI is cool with shorts and knee/shin protection (page 26 HERE), but each country seems to feel different ways about half-legged clothing (and other protective gear). I think we can all agree that everyone raced the same course under the same conditions and the best rider for that run stood on the top step at the end of the day. I enjoy the variations and nuance of each world cup track and quite frankly wish there was a broader spectrum in the course design. Snowshoe asked some questions of riders that haven't been asked yet this season, and some riders had better answers than others. At first I was a little put off by not offering qualifying and semi points, but I suppose they did that so that if the season is close (like it is) they wouldn't be awarding a championship for a quali or semi run. That being said it would have been even more interesting if they would have put all the points on the finals run. It would have made things a bit spicier! I'm confused, maybe I'm misreading this, but are you complaining that a mountain biker is getting paid? Remy makes great content, his videos are meticulous, and clearly he works hard at it. I feel like this is a place where we support riders.

I remember Dylan’s run better than over half the field. Sure it could’ve been more complete but the bangers were top knotch. gatekeeping in free ride needs to stop. Dylan has more fans than all but a few guys at rampage. He doesn’t have to win to bring value to the event. His style, creativity, and personal brand is fantastic. anyone know where they are headed? Is it a new zone or another repeat?
