Values look good and there’s some hidden gems in there. But that’s kinda moot with being able to change teams after semis. No point in researching and taking a flyer on potential dark horses to mix it up as of now. If I had a suggestion I’d say teams have to be submitted after qualies at the latest.

I just want to say for the record, being able to buy multiple top dogs in each category is so much more fun than pinkbike's league where getting one rider takes up 60% on the team budget.

you can play how you want, but you have the ability to create a new team each race. you'll start from scratch each round so, up to you if you want to pick the same riders. re: danny hart at $60k - that's a 15th place position in finals for 60 points. hope he smokes that value, but seems realistic given the talent out there, eh?. martin maes (a world cup downhill winner) at $38k seems like the real bargain if his ebike holds up

i wouldn't ever get them because of the unknown quality standards. if the first guides were deciding suddenly not to work i can't immagine what could happen with those, and when i need the brakes they need to be there, i'd rather pay trickstuff than some chinese crap

I'm not talking shit about how the brakes work, I have no idea how they work and if they just copied trickstuff they probably are great. But seeing as they look like they just copied trickstuff, come straight from China, a country known for blatant IP infringement with no local enforcement, it seems kind of shitty to promote them.

not sure just duplicating will do much good with our setup as our values are prob way different (they had gaetan vige at $280k and amaury at $240k. doesn't seem like an accurate real-world value). we'll basically be in the $1000/point potential range. no elite will be more than $250k and no junior more than $60k. if our value structure is lame after ft bill (don't think it will be), we'll adjust moving on, but most will have teams of 8 or 10 riders or more i'd imagine. anxiously awaiting official start list to get this thing going! looks like...

For the 2010 Olympics here in Vancouver the Skier cross and Snowboarder cross rules were updated to ban skin suits. The rules mandated two pieces and had a pinch measurement of 8cm at the thigh and 6cm somewhere on the top. UCI could easily clarify the rules with pinch measurements.

This is full on getting back to the skinsuit that was removed from DH racing years ago because it did not fit the image of the sport. Was not a fan of it when they stuck Christian Craig in it for supercross earlier this year. Not a fan of it in DH. Can't get the mental image of Kirkaldie in a skin suit out of my head now.
