I don't see any reason to think that the v10 is going to move to UDH. Moving to UDH means giving up adjustable chainstay flip chips, and Syndicate runs Shimano drivetrain which doesn't use UDH anyway. Most people don't want or need a heavy, expensive, battery powered derailleur on their DH bike.

It would be really cool if they kept selling the current aluminum demo with a poverty spec for people that don’t want to refinance their house. For what it’s worth that bike seemed universally liked.

I want to see Shimano release something developed from their 2019 internal "gearbox" patent. It had an even higher output shaft position and would make high-pivots easier to pull off without an idlers.

Don't undersell Specialized Chisel Evo. 130/110 bike. I swap between that and my 160/160 sentinel it it handles most everything the sentinel does, just different. I swapped bars and stem to more match the sentinel and give it a slightly slacker feel and running same tire setup on both . Geo feel between the two is surprisingly similar. The Trek Fuel MX has been a great trail bike for me. Vanilla Core simple with good numbers, part spec and respectable price. Does everything well and nothing terribly. It seems like a bike that you could be happy with anywhere.
