Charlie Harrison has been really impressive over the last few seasons. Hope to see him on the top step of a World Cup podium this year! Glad Luca is alright, looks like he was up at the first split. Also impressed with Nic, Dakota and Grice. The future of US dh racing is looking bright (and certainly not counting out Gwin, wouldn't be at all surprised to see him win a few world cups this year). Bring on more racing!

It's cool that an ebike lets you ride again after an injury and you can have fun again, but you need to understand that you are a bad person for wanting to ride, because you didn't work for your descent (shuttling is an exception, that is super hard work).

There are very few times on extremely steep technical climbs where I'll pull the bars back and down, but everywhere else the handlebars are just a place to rest my hands and help keep my front wheel in check. With road bikes and mountain bikes, if you have a lot of weight on your hands, your hands/wrists/shoulders/back will hurt and potentially go numb. Your bars should...

You have to also take into consideration the potential loss of revenue on top of the cost. Would be cool but again if you are pretty much a max capacity all summer long why do you need to pay to bring an event there that will can not help you financially. It would make more sense to have another race in NA right around crankworkx.

So regardless of where you fall on Sram vs shimano holy war, how can you blame SRAM for a brake line failure? Wouldn't any brake fail if the hydraulic line was compromised? Or was it something in the brake piston itself that failed?
