What is the position at any given eyewear company that gets to plan out exactly which pair of frames each rider will wear for track walk? Not a single instance of two (interviewed) riders wearing identical sunnies. Ah, marketing at its’ finest!

I was rooting for Bernard or Finn, but in the end, it was perfect that Finn got his first WC win in front of a home crowd. I was definitely getting a little teary-eyed watching it. (my susceptibility to crying has increased 1000% since having kids) Did anyone notice the exchange between Rob and Eliot at the end of the broadcast? It was likely their last one together and they both seemed genuinely bummed. It really sucks that the team of Redbull, Rob, and Eliot will be ending, I feel like the broadcasts the last 2 seasons have been top-notch.

This ^^ if only we left in the 45mins of us struggling to connect on three time zones, trying to make Austin not sound like he is in a 10ft deep hole, and making sure Dak's headphones have a mic that will stabilize his voice when he gets excited. But yes, updating our recording equipment is on the list this week.
