iXS Gravity Alliance – Meet the next generation of Gravity riders!
iXS has always believed in the support of the MTB community in order to help developing the sport. The iXS Downhill Cups, running for more than two decades now, are just one example. The other example is totally fresh and about to enter the upcoming season: the iXS Gravity Alliance 2026.
From the roots of Downhill racing to new frontiers in Enduro and Freeride, the iXS Gravity Alliance unites gravity athletes who share one mindset: progress. It’s a collective for riders and opinion leaders who push their limits, refine their skills, and elevate the sport together – one run at a time. The iXS Gravity Alliance is for those who ride with a race state of mind. Not necessarily between the tapes only, but with heart, determination, and the pursuit of both speed and style on any terrain.
When initially announcing the program, iXS got overwhelmed as the first phase of the announcement led to enormous feedback: more than 500 riders applied, coming from all over the world. With dozens of conversations in the aftermaths, the final selection process was far from easy. But it was more than worth it – and these are the stats:
- 16+ riders represent the iXS Gravity Alliance
- Coming from 8 different countries
- Racing & competing in Downhill, Enduro & Freeride
- Youngest member is 11 years old, while the most experienced ones are in their mid 30s
Go check out all the rider profiles on https://www.ixs.com/pages/ixs-gravity-alliance-meet-the-riders.

"We commit to protect. You commit to ride."
It was Silhouette Eyeware. My friend Joey used to do their add work and team stuff. I got to do a show for the opening of their new corporate headquarters in New York with Hans Rey, Cam McCall, Geoff Gullivich and Garen Becker.
Evil Eye was the name of the riding glasses, but they were made by Silhouette Eyeware.

Known for his dynamic riding style, engaging storytelling, and passion for sharing the sport with riders of all ages, Porter will bring his signature blend of adventure, creativity, and family-focused riding to Canyon’s global community.

A versatile rider across disciplines, Porter is known as an all-terrain athlete who thrives on everything from trail riding and downhill to dirt jumping and gravel. As part of the Canyon CLLCTV, he will spend time riding the brand’s full lineup of bikes, often alongside his sons Milo and Owen, showcasing the shared joy of riding across generations.
“I’ve been a fan of what Canyon is doing for years now,” said Porter. “Along with that, I’m already friends with many of the team riders and the in-house Canyon crew, so it feels like I’m home. I’m incredibly honored to be part of this program and look forward to sharing our adventures with the world.”
“Eric has been inspiring riders for decades,” said Devin Riley, Marketing at Canyon Bicycles. “From pioneering MTB slopestyle and street riding in the early days to building one of the most authentic and relatable voices in mountain bike media today, Eric represents everything we love about riding bikes—creativity, adventure, and community. We’re excited to welcome him to Canyon and see where his next adventures take him.”
In the coming months, Porter will release a series of new videos on the PorterMTB YouTube channel featuring Canyon bikes across a wide range of terrain from Utah’s desert trails to international mountain destinations; continuing his mission to share the joy of riding and introduce new riders to the sport.

I'm thinking it'll be more like this:

That Adidas x TLD collab was so fire. Still run that Jersey.
Same. It’s my favorite piece of riding kit.
Not sure where to put this, and frankly a little bummed it's not already on the main page. Laurie Greenland posted a vid about what he's up to and hinted about future projects and sponsors. Stoked for the guy.
Yeah, when I liked that track suit, I hadn’t noticed it was korn related. I endorse the track suit but not the nümetal
As far as popular hard rock bands from 90s/2000s you can do a lot worse than korn.
Anyone know what’s up with gwin? He skipped monster pro at ride rock creek. Just a little beat up? Would be such a bummer if he’s hurt. He’s been looking fast on that frameworks.
I asked in one of their IG comments. Neko said he skipped it because he was beat up from his crash at Windrock the weekend before. AG is racing the DHSE there this week though so seems like it was just a short time injury/soreness.
Loris on Coast Optics now..no official announcement that I've seen and I don't actually know anything about coast optics. But nice to see another brand making gravity orientated products.
And as we discussed in here a good few pages back, seems Oakley have gutted their MTB athlete roster. Loris was previously on Oakley while riding fit syndicate and then on 100% while in Trek. Followed by one year on Oakley at Commencal
Wow, good for Coast out of BC. The glasses they make are great.
That's awesome. I love coast optics. Solid products and good dudes.
