He was running that all summer based on his IG, and didn’t keep it a secret. Not sure why but seems like a fair bet that’s where he’s going.

Vali is getting that MINI money, Finn is sponsored by Swatch. Those are the only 2 non industry sponsors that come to mind straight away, but have no idea what they pay.

Just my observation but I live in western Canada and can’t think of the last time I saw an Intense in the wild. This includes plenty of time in Whistler, Squamish, etc. I assume they sell more in the US but can’t comment. Makes me wonder if the race team is worth their investment.

Can’t imagine this being the case. Erice had terrible luck with injury this year but she’ll be a top elite shortly. Lina also looked promising as a 1st year junior. Men’s side might see some change, lucas is stepping back from WC. Bodi Kuhn is young and good results in 2024 so imagine he’s kept. No idea about Danny. I...

From the boys at OTB podcast - Vali might turn up at North American races on a Commencal. Sounds like she may have already signed to Commencal Les Orres. Makes a ton of sense given Cecile & SRAM connections as well.

I recall an interview with Vali several years ago saying she had an offer from her “favourite team” but it would have required her to leave Sram/RS, so she turned it down and rode for the Rockshox Trek team. Since then she’s won 3 World Cup overalls and 3 World Champs so I can’t imagine this team wouldn’t still be...

To say that he did the "same run" as in 2013 is not only disingenuous but factually incorrect. The 2013 run was all about that ONE big move, the rest of the course was just him cruising. Today's run had a steep and exposed drop up top, a backflip one-foot can also up top (where in 2013 he just rolled over the same feature, basically), a very big step-down to a very difficult step-up (those did not exist in 2013), a dirt take off from further back than the Oakley sender (made from wood) was in 2013, and then he...

I agree Brendog was underscored given the exposure, risk, and uniqueness of his line. As far as Zink goes, I don’t think people understand how big and consequential that flip was, check out the photo Paris Gore took of it if you want to see the scale. Just because he’s done big flips before doesn’t negate how insane that was, and he’s not competing against his old Rampage runs. Yea the front flip was nuts but Cams entire line was much more steep and technical and there’s not much to debate there, and it was rewarded accordingly.

Saw on GMBN Instagram story that the top 3 men were Thibault, Jackson, and Loic. Looked like Amaury and Laurie in 4/5. Another post said Gracey won women’s. These brand new Canadian Elites had a pretty good day!
