Imagine Shimano releasing a new saint group that looks identical to the one that's been out for 10 years. I'd love that, it would be the best thing they've ever done.

Saint is dead in the water. What people is hopefully seeing as "new saint cranks" are the to-be-released XTs.

Oh, and kiss SLX goodbye also.

I can see them ditching SLX, but not Saint.

They know they still need a DH/FR groupset. They’ll probably just make it an eeb group too

What's coming instead of slx then? Is there going to be nothing between XT and Deore?

regarding the "new saint" questions: i saw remi gauvin thanking shimano on IG for 12 years racing on it and he looks foward for what's to come... doesn't sound like a "good bye" to me and there might be some new product soon.

I think the Rocky Mountain enduro team may be switching to SRAM. The SRAM product director commented on Remi’s post:

That would make it stiff AF. And Dak specifically said no 35 mm carbon bars because they are stiff.

New Norco Sight and Optic drop tomorrow. Local Norco dealers probably have one hidden in the back of the shop today.

Would make a certain amount of sense. All (or most) of the Rocky Mountain models currently on their website have shimano in their names. This implies the future availability of sram models as well.

First time I've seen reference to the I-track patent on a Norco. Also, I wonder when these wheels are coming out? Cool

They said be on the lookout for it in an email sent out today. Would assume this week or next... gotta compete with those new Norco high pivots!

Stoked for Hugh,  back in early 2000's and I was in a mIRC Aussie mtb group chat and he was coming up with suspension ideas back then, we were all thinking he was a lunatic but here we are. Dude is switched on as hell.
