Vali leaving Sram Rockshox is a fascinating one. I've spoken to Shandro from Trek who was quite salty and told me it was a sore subject, YT who were evasive and Atherton who would neither confirm or deny. It's a mystery! And her mechanic Matt told me they were staying with Trek.

Nothing adds up in this one. Where is she going? And what happens to Rockshox Trek as it was created for Vali?

Specialized haven't had a female elite DH in quite a while. Last one was Miranda Miller in 2017?

Izabela was a very promising Jr sign, but she hasn't done much since being on Gen S.

Vali would be huge alongside Loic and Finn, but don't know if even Speshy could/would pony up that kind of cash these days without another big sponsor involved.

Specialized haven't had a female elite DH in quite a while. Last one was Miranda Miller in 2017?

Izabela was a very promising Jr sign, but she hasn't done much since being on Gen S.

Izabela was injured almost all season. Concussion and some small injuries.

Young Talent like Vali won't have far to go on her next giant adventure. It will surely be a big transition after three years on trek, but whether fueled by propain or gasoline, she's sure to have the support needed to cross the canyon and surmount her next challenge.

Speaking of Pinkbike, the Troy Brosnan podcast contained info that Kade ran out of helmets (by breaking them), indeed ran Jackson's helmet with Fox logos covered and 100 % intervened, preventing him from racing.

This is so weird to me. Would anyone (besides Vital forum members) even notice the different helmet on the live feed (especially with logos taped over)? I get that 100% would prefer him to run a black/stock helmet over a Red Bull painted competitor helmet, but for a semis and possibly final run where you might see the helmet up close for 1-2 seconds in the start hut does it really matter? Very weird.
