So with Charger damping Rock Shox stops at 160mm (when the Motion Control ones, from Revelation to 35, are on 120 to 160mm. And the good ol' Yari from 120 to 180mm, that's a little blury there...). So comes the ZEB (love the pronuciation in french. Here a "zeub" -pronounce \zœb\- is a wee-wee), but they have excelled in standardizing their 35mm stanchions from the SID to the Boxxer, I don't see a resurgence of the Totem, with big ass stanchions, there...

You have the new SID from the bottom at 120 mm... Pike 130-140 mm then?
32/SID SL: strictly 100/XC Race
34 SC/SID: 100-120
34/Pike: 120-150
36/Lyrik: 150-170
38/ZEB: 160?-180
Seems like some significant overlap in a category where a lot of bikes sit (150-160 forks). Are we going to see some history repeat itself, where we relegate an even bigger chassis to only lower travel? It wasn't that long ago that you could get a Fox 32 with 150mm (!!!) of travel. Maybe the 32 fork finally dies (or a restricted to XC race / gravel), 34/35 stanchions end up being the 'short travel' fork (up to 150) and 36/38 forks are the 'long travel (>150mm) forks. This may not apply to dual crown forks as they have an inherent stiffness advantage (not the same kind of stiffness, but still stiffer).
For context, I remember owning a 32mm stanchion fork set at 140 and could definitely feel the flex in that even though I was not that good. I still can't shred that hard, but I ride faster than I did a decade ago and I don't have a problem with my 150mm Pike Ultimate.
But as mentioned before in this thread love em or hate em maybe E-bikes will benefit us. Cant complain about better equipment with more longevity right?

Also, when you look at the photos of where the test took place etc.... At least I am glad to see that no one is actually willing to invest in the product.
Not sure the stem will work with the new enduro geometry though....just a hair long :D
Histroy is bound to repeat itself..... (facepalm)
It's cumbersome, but the weight is moved down and this way the downtube can hug the shock closer without any S-shapes in it.
Definitely not 35mm
We Are One Composites frame mold teaser?
