I did not realize you could set your teams that late and essentially guarantee finals riders. I picked 10 riders during qualifying and 8 of them made finals. I felt pretty good about that. Very good results. Then I looked at the teams at the top of the pack and they just had like 18 riders all in the finals...

Get a 36. You don't need a 38. Maybe if you were on a longer travel e-bike. But with your weight and that bike set up... get a 36. I have both 36/38. The 36 is plenty of fork on my chameleon and it's a rowdy rowdy chameleon... and I weigh 250 pounds. You do not need a 38.

Honestly... I was just looking at the Yoshimura pedal. It is NOT a budget pedal if you're just looking at baseline dollars. It's $230 I think it was. But it's got a lifetime warranty. Blow out 3-4 budget pedals and you're gonna end up spending as much money in the long run and not have the pleasure of a quality...

You're telling me. I don't know what's wrong with people to tell you the truth. This was a stupid good deal. Hands down my favorite bike to ride. Ended up selling it to a friend of a friend for $2800. All you people missed out.

Yeah I talked to them not to long ago and they're pretty closed lip about any of the drive train stuff right now. Tells me it's close. I'm sure they'll have something to report soon. I'd like to try it at some point. I loved their brakes. Only complaint was lever size but you get used to it.
