Seriously? After everything I've written, trying to make it clear it's more than counting to 2 mm further along a ruler, you answer with a post like that? If I wasn't clear, unless there was some clear benefit (even if it is just marketing), no sane person would go through the task of changing all the things i described above, through spending all the money for the engineering and testing hours, if there wasn't at least one measurable benefit. 'Just 2 mm' is _NOT_ a benefit. Not in itself. And before someone comes out saying that bike companies are not...

$3k as it sits. I can swap the wheels to aluminum 38mm Roval wheels with brand new Maxxis tires for $2700.

If they charged like $150-$200 I could see the argument of convenience vs cost. But christ, $450 is outrageous. Thats as or more expensive than most bike racks.

$450!!!??? Try a big PVC with a tank valve, pressurize with that bike pump you have and use a hose with a spray nozzle. Itll be about $50 at home depot.

Looks like the review you just put up is the only Giro review written by any readers, that would explain the discrepancy. Nice work BTW, thank you for the contribution, Giro is a brand I often look to for quality goods, always nice to get feedback on their shoes.
