If you've ever worked in a shop that sold intense.... there's a reason for it. I have never seen frames with such awful tolerances in my life. The number of frames that would bind or rub when the shocks were removed was shocking (pun intended lol). It got much better with carbon and overseas.... but that came at the price of "authenticity" I guess. Curious how this will end up, I wonder if its similar to trademarks, and that if you do not actively pursue peoples infringements, then you lose your exclusivity.

My thought originally was that the 38 & the ZEB were really made for the eBike community & the marketing managers are just pushing for some extra sales to us pedal powered bikers, I’m sure there benefits for some of us(not me)you fearless souls that’ll throw yourselves down insane lines on a single crown forked bike. Forks like this do more for us in terms of the 1 bike for it all theory bringing a good All Mountain Bike closer to the capabilities of a DH bike so yeah it’ll work better for you.

12/15/2020 10:29am Here you go. It’s a pretty early model 55 as it has a rear triangle and not the 1 piece swing arm (2005-7??). Looks like the seat post is straight and attached to the down tube in front of the bottom bracket.

Maybe this will make Intense update their bike lineup now. Seems like they are just interested in catering to the ebike and moto crowd these days. Getting the law involved still sucks though, I'll be curious how this unfolds.

Dual uprights on the rear triangle. Size specific chainstay lengths. You seem to have some animosity towards Santa Cruz. They are not nearly as exclusive as you have made them out to be in your mind. When a bike is launched that doesn’t fit my needs or is from a brand I’m not crazy about, I don’t rag on it online. I just don’t purchase it.

Can we just talk about this for a moment? What can the big guys argue against gearbox after seeing this? Like sign me up https://www.vitalmtb.com/community/Shredmaster-2020,53572/setup,42992 but it limits suspension design.. Nevermind but its heavy... wait 39lbs?..... Nevermind It will ruin the aesthetic... er.... Nevermind We just don't want to commit to it? Bingo

Everyone who thinks Vergier cannot be successful without Jordi be ready to have your minds blown: Jordi is moving to SRAM/Rock Shox. I saw it kinda implied on the Instagram of Jordi’s girlfriend. I also inferred from the Instagram of Vergier’s cousin that Loris is personally supplementing Jordi’s income to make the move. Everyone knows Rock Shox sucks because all they focus on is MTB suspension while you can find Fox on FORD RAPTORS! All you folks who know that Vergier’s success with Syndicate was a direct result of his funny banter with Jordi are totally right.
